Our DREAMS are gone. In exchange for disappointment. No more medals. No more competitors in Athens. The olympics journey ended.

Li Jia Wei lost to number 6 seeded Kim from South Korea. Our battle lost totally. She played badly today, real badly. Not on her usual form. Can't get over the Korean defence. IMPATIENCE was the key for the lost. She is too impatient. Attacking and making mistakes. Guess she can't wait for a win. She helds the hopes of Singaporeans on her shoulders. Also her own dreams of becoming famous, maybe. She was fustrated, her mental mind was in a mess.

She had always win this Korean. Probably can't get over the lost yesterday. Made the same mistake as Ronald, who lost to someone he always win. Wad went wrong?? Over-confidence?? No excuse for a lost but she still deserve a round of applause. At least she set up some dreams and hope for us, Singaporeans.

Why can't Singapore win? Always at the critical moment we will lose. Ronald susilo an example, Jing jun hong at Sydney 2000 and now, Li Jia Wei at the semi-finals. Our dreams has to always be broken at the last minute. Always tot jia wei would done us proud, would make up for susilo's lost but?? Is it too much pressure for her?? High expectations for her to fulfilled?? NAH!!

Nothing to say for this lost. Sad?? Cry?? No use at all. Nothing would change. Disappointment feel the hearts of Singaporeans. Wad to do?? Come back again the next olympics. Learn from our mistakes and do a better job the next time. Let's wait patiently for our OLYMPICS medal. The table tennis team still deserve a round of applause. Zhang Xueling in the quarter finals and Jia wei in the semi-finals. Ronald also deserve some encouragement as he made it to the quarter beating world no.1. That's great archievement for team singapore. At least we have two sports that get above the Quarters and not like previous years. We made IMPROVEMENT. That's a good start afterall. WE can do it the next time round.

Well done team Singapore! U done us proud. It's not easy we come so far. THANK YOU!!
